RETURN - DEUX MONDES

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@deux-mondes.com. Once we receive your request, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed, including the return address. Please note, returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@deux-mondes.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and help resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, and hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
For an exchange, please request a return of your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@deux-mondes.com.
